HOW TO REGISTER






STEP 1: Create an account on our website. 

  • A player must create an account, regardless of the program selected, or the play level. You must use this account to register for a program within the league/club. The only way to create an account is online at the website. 


Age Brackets
Under 12 born 2013 and 2014
Under 10 born 2015 and 2016
Under 8 born 2017 and 2018
Boys and Girls Co-Ed Under 6 born 2019 and 2020
Boys and Girls Co-Ed Under 4 born 2021



STEP 2: Register for the program

  • First you will be directed to a new page asking you to "Create an Account".  If you registered online last year use that same GotSport account.
  • Follow the prompts to input all required information.  **You will need to upload an official birth certificate **
  • If interested in volunteering to coach, please select the role you would like to assist in. 
  • Agree to all terms and conditions, and accept all waivers (concussion ).
  • Review your registration information for accuracy.
  • If you have an additional player to register, all can be done under one account.  There will be a $5.00 service fee per transaction at the checkout page. 
  • If you are finished, click "Complete" to submit your registration and proceed to the checkout page.
  • Select your desired payment option and complete the payment process.
    • You can also purchase a Parking Pass for the Fall 2023 Season and a $5.00 online fee has been included
  • Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt, and any further program details, if applicable.

LYSL has a NO Refund Policy with registration or any uniforms.


MEDICAL AND RELOCATION REFUND REQUESTS

**In the event that a player is injured before the start of practicing for the season, the Board may consider providing a partial refund but there are no guarantees. Families must submit a written request with a physician note to the registrar.  If the refund is granted it will be less any monies the league has accrued through the process of registering the player or ordering uniforms.  

**In the event that a family relocates out of the area during the season the Board may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Families must submit a written request to the registrar (lyslregistrar@gmail.com).   If the refund is granted it will be less any monies the league has accrued through the process of registering the player or ordering uniforms.
